Synel industries signs an agreement to acquire the full knowledge base and activity of SRL Group, in the field of software for planning and scheduling – Schedule Master.
Following the acquisition, Mr. Maoz Tamir has joined Synel’s R&D department as product manager for the Schedule Master, and will handle all issues concerning further developments and solution adaptations, as well as the future integration with Synel’s Harmony system, to form a complete workforce management solution.
Maoz has a broad technological and business background and he brings over 15 years of experience in software development, various architecture roles, executive consulting and management.
We are certain that Maoz’s extensive experience will make a meaningful contribution to Synel’s business and development activity, and wish him all the best of luck in his new position.
