Harmony modules:
- Attendance module & export to payroll
The Attendance module manages all employee attendance data, beginning with the employee's Work Rules which is the initial contract information, through collecting real-time employee activity information and finally transferring this information to the payroll department.
- Shop floor data control / Job Costing
This module helps increase company efficiency by managing and displaying job procedures and work models using data collected directly from the shop floor.
- Access control module
The Access control module allows or denies access to the organization or certain areas of it, according to pre-defined zones, employee types and time zones.
The Access control module also includes an alert system which can be set to warn of forced entries, fire alarms and other events. These alerts can be sent via SMS or e-mail messages.
- WEB interface (e-Harmony)
The WEB interface enables accessing sections of the Harmony software via the internet or company intranet, to enter and manage Harmony tasks and details remotely.
- Notifier server
The Notifier server sends out alerts and messages to specified system users according to pre-defined requests.
